How should I prepare for my first class?
Come ready to sweat in comfortable workout clothes. Grab a towel, a water bottle, and don’t forget to hydrate before class. We also have towels available to purchase at the studio. Additionally, athletic shoes are required for our Climb classes.
How early should I arrive for my first class?
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your first class. This will give us time to show you around the studio and introduce you to the machines prior to class start time. For liability reasons, if you do not arrive to your first class with enough time for this introduction, we will have to reschedule you to a different time.
We do have a 5 minute grace period. If you arrive more than 5 min. late, your machine could be released to members on the waitlist.
As a courtesy to your instructor and your fellow members, if you arrive more than 5 minutes after class begins, you will not be allowed in class - it disrupts the class vibe. Thank you for your understanding!
What if I am late to class?
Please arrive on time for class. If it’s your first class, please arrive at least 10 minutes early in order for us to show you around the studio and introduce you to the machines prior to class start time. If you are running late, please call (385)-337-4385, so we can hold your spot. If you are late to class and do not contact the studio, your space may be given to a standby student at the start of class.
What if I need to cancel my class?
To receive a full refund/credit, you must cancel your reservation 10 hours before the start of your class. You can cancel your class by logging into your account, or emailing us at Lauren@slcversafit.com. Please keep in mind that email cancellations must also be received at least 10 hours before the class to avoid a cancellation fee.
Late Cancel: If you do not cancel at least 10 hours before the scheduled class starts, you will be charged a late cancel fee of $10.
No-Show: If you do not show up to class, you will be charged a no-show fee of $15.
How does the waitlist work?
Is your favorite instructor or class time already full? Join the waitlist – it works! When spots open up due to cancellations, you'll be notified by email or text that you've been added to the class. Be sure to opt-in to receive these alerts.
